Yin to go in

This months 2 hour class will explore the meridian lines and organs of spring. We'll move from the space of the liver and gallbladder in our yang practice and then cool the bodies down and head into yin to explore the sense of the organs deeper in the body through passive shapes and meditation. I'll provide further reading and guidance on the specific topic of the month as well as further support after the class.

Monthly yin classes based on embodiment in both the practice of yin and meditation. 

Classes are 75 minutes and involve energy work, free movement, yin asana and meditation.

The intention of these classes are a held dedicated space and time where you can connect to your body and mind as one, exploring the inner world and what your body wants to express.

Women's Circle

First Wednesday of every month, 7pm

This is a dedicated space I hold for women currently experiencing fertility challenges. A combination of breath-work and meditation alongside connection and community. 

The Circle is donation based to ensure inclusivity for all, if able, suggested donation is £5.
